Claire has been instrumental in making our client’s website ideas a reality for nearly 5 years since she joined Red Box originally in a sales capacity. It quickly became obvious that with her flair for marketing, a digital marketing diploma already under her belt, and an exceptional ability for planning and organisation, that she needed to be heading up the development team as the project manager. Liaising between clients, our designers and web developers, she ensures our clients get the website they deserve.
A busy mum of 2 young girls, a Gymnastics coach, a qualified pole, aerial hoop and silks instructor and also competing herself, it is fair to say she crams a lot into her busy schedule!
A local Stafford girl, she has had a varied career while finding her niche. Her childhood dream to be a teacher was sidetracked temporarily, as like many teenagers she followed the crowd and completed a college course in hair and beauty therapy instead. A few years and a lot of wedding ‘up do’s’ later she revisited her dream and re-trained as a teaching assistant. However, dreams aren’t always what we think they will be, teaching in schools wasn’t for her.
Her career took a shift to working in sales, pr and marketing roles for a number of years where she gained her Digital Marketing Diploma and worked with Red Box as one of our valued clients. Full of ideas for how Red Box could expand the business she was first in line when Rob was recruiting for the team.
5 years on and Claire continues to make a huge impact on the business. Developing her team, supporting clients and working with the leadership team to continuously grow the business.
Outside of Red Box, she still pursues her childhood passion for gymnastics and is now inspiring and helping others to achieve their goals. Coaching, judging and supporting others in Gymnastics, Pole, Aerial hoop and Silks all while competing herself.
Her two girls are her life, constantly encouraging them and providing them with life experiences is her biggest achievement and aim in life, with one motto she lives by – Be Happy.
