To be in with a chance of winning the FSB Award for Service Excellence, Red Box needed to:

- Showcase how they have gone above and beyond, plus the benefits to their business by putting their customers first.
- Demonstrate how the business has responded to changing customer needs and expectations.

The FSB Regional Awards Final took place at RAF Cosford on Wednesday 22nd March 2023. The Red Box Team were there to celebrate the success of other local businesses in the region.
